PowerON with Van™ is published by Advantage Evans, LLC. This policy covers the PowerON with Van™ mobile app and the PowerOnWithVan.com website. The short version: the app collects no personal data. Here is the long version.
The app collects nothing
PowerON with Van™ has no accounts, no login, and no cloud service. We do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. There are no analytics tools, no advertising software, no crash reporters, and no tracking of any kind inside the app.
Your data stays on your phone
Everything you enter in the app — checklists, pantry items, household profile, budget, emergency contacts, your Family Plan Card — is stored only on your device. It is never sent to us or to anyone else. We could not read it if we wanted to. We do not want to.
If you export your data (for example, saving your Family Plan Card as a PDF or exporting lists as a text or CSV file), the app uses your phone's built-in share feature. Where that file goes is entirely your choice.
To delete your data, use the reset option in the app's settings, or simply uninstall the app. Either removes everything.
Permissions and notifications
The app requests no permissions at launch — no location, no contacts, no camera. If you turn on pantry expiration reminders, those are local notifications generated on your device. They do not use the internet.
Purchases
The optional VanPLUS upgrade is a one-time purchase processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own terms and privacy policies. We receive no personal information from your purchase — not your name, not your payment details. The app remembers your purchase on your device so it works with no connection.
The one button that goes online
The app works fully offline. The single exception is the "Shop this list" button, which opens your phone's web browser to PowerOnWithVan.com. Tapping it is always your choice. The website is covered by the "Website" section below and contains affiliate links, which are explained in our affiliate disclosure.

PowerOnWithVan.com is hosted on Leadpages. Advantage Evans, LLC, does not run advertising trackers on the site. Some pages contain affiliate links; if you buy through one, the retailer may know you arrived from our site — see our affiliate disclosure for how we handle that.
Children
PowerON with Van™ is a household planning tool for adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and because the app collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version at this page and change the effective date above. Because the app collects no data, we expect changes to be rare and boring.
